Saves The Cool Spot

Seagram’s 7 × Cool Spot — pitched game concept

Seagram’s 7 × Cool Spot — pitched game concept

The project

During their Regulars campaign, Seagram’s 7 asked for activations that connected with a 35+ audience.

The idea

Tap into retro gaming to resurrect a brand partnership. With 7-UP as the mixer to Seagram’s signature 7&7 cocktail, I pitched developing a new installment of the early ’90s Cool Spot video game franchise, but with Seagram’s 7 at the helm.

Execution

The proposed side-scrolling platformer would have Seven save the Spot mascot, bringing the brand to an elder millennial audience.

My role

Pitched the retro-gaming activation concept.
